Everyone wants to be liked somehow. Being
likable leader can help produce a positive and productive work environment. Leaders must lead an organization with certainty and power. On the other hand, managers who run their organization with an iron fist are not extremely well known among their employees. So leaders may experience difficulty finding support when they need it. Here are a few tips to be a likable leader in the workplace:

Be Honest:
Support honesty, and show others how it’s done. Be always honest with your team members, even when it’s hard because it is always the right decision. (Smallbizclub.com).

Always be a team player:
Team members must see that you can do their tasks in times of need. Anyhow, when things are running easily, they know you believe in them to do their job. (Smallbizclub.com).

Don't Correct Their Mistakes:
When a team member turns in a report to you, and there are some corrections that need to be made, don't make them yourself. Teach them how to make the changes their selves. Otherwise, they'll keep on committing the same mistakes again and again. (Smallbizclub.com).
