A compelling group leader has an assortment of attributes and qualities that urge colleagues to follow him. Group leaders commonly have notable qualities. The characteristics of an effective group leader move the trust and admiration of the group and empower production inside the work environment.

A hard worker leaders do more than what is required of them to do, by doing so they tend to maintain greatness by outperforming themselves. Influencing their team members will empower each member to give more and do more, and that will make them always be the top of their field. (businessinsider.com).

Being a likable leader is the easiest way for team members to open up with their leaders to talk about any issues that members might be facing which might be also affecting their work production.
