Influential Leaders, The Power of Influence

Libertylawsite.org

Inspiring team members to achieve a goal is not an easy task. Basically,
Leaders ought to reflect behaviors that motivate and inspire individuals to change. In spite of the fact that inspiration variables change over an organization,
There are numerous leadership qualities common to successful leaders.
Leadership qualities that impact goal accomplishment incorporates the ability to make vision, comprehend organizational culture, concentrate on performance improvement, and encourage innovation. (Theartof.com).

Here are three characteristics that I found to be influential in the workplace:

Visibility:
Great leaders are always seen, easy to find. A good leader will always be around whenever a team member needed help. This behavior will influence other team members to work together and help each other. (Theartof.com).

Smile:
Influential leaders will never hesitate to smile in order for them to be social and specially to defuse tension in the workplace. This behavior will help the members to produce a better work since they are not stressed all the time. (Theartof.com).

Speed:
Effective leaders act, move, and decide fast. They move to the action quickly in light of the fact that others are holding up their choice, makes a leader look more confident by acting quickly for the behalf of the team members. (Theartof.com).
